At CG United Insurance we welcome feedback from our clients. Feedback on our products, service and overall experience with us plays an important part in our customer satisfaction process. In order to effectively investigate feedback from our clients and in compliance with the requirements of the Insurance Act, we have appointed an Internal Ombudsman.
